Benjamin Nagapatan ATTY. BENJAMIN NEGAPATAN
Admitted to the bar in 1994

Mr. Negapatan received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, cum laude, from the University of San Carlos in Cebu City and an L.L.B., cum laude, from the University of the Visayas-Gullas Law School. As a law practitioner and environmental consultant, his expertise is in environmental law where he prepares Environmental Impact documents required in the issuance of Environmental Compliance Certificates (ECC). He also drafts Engineer's Reports for the issuance of Pollution Permits, conducts environmental impact assessments and recommends mitigation and enhancement measures, and recommends pollution control and environmental measures.
He worked extensively with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources as Pollution Control Technologist, Environmental Management Specialist, and as Legal Officer. He was the President of the Cebu Environmental Initiative for Development Center, a group which aims to balance industrialization and environmental protection.

Juancho David Tablang ATTY. JUANCHO DAVID TABLANG

Mr. Tablang received a B.S. in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines and a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law.
He was formerly a Corporate and Tax lawyer of SGV & Co. and was the Local Taxation Supervisor of the Tax Division of the said firm. He eventually specialized in immigration law in SGV & Co.
At present, he specializes in rendering immigration services to expatriates and companies in the Philippines employing foreign nationals, such as procurement of work permit from the Department of Labor and Employment, as well as work visa, special work permit, dual citizenship, recognition, visitor's visa, deportation, hold departure cases, black list lifting, immigrant visa, alien registration, and other services from the Bureau of Immigration, Department of Justice, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Bureau of Investments, and other government agencies.

Dax Malony Montealegre ATTY. DAX MALONY P. MONTEALEGRE
Admitted to the bar in 2005

Mr. Montealegre finished his undergraduate degree at Silliman University, Dumaguete City in 1999, Japan Studies Certificate at the International Christian University (ICU), Tokyo, Japan in 1996, and Bachelor of Laws Degree at the University of St. La Salle, Bacolod City in 2004. A year later, he joined the law firm as an associate. He was a finalist of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) in 1999.

Zeus Mabanag ATTY. ZEUS R. MABANAG
Admitted to the bar in 2008

Mr. Mabanag is an L.L.B graduate of the University of the Visayas, Cebu City, and a registered Physical Therapist in the Philippines. He gained his paralegal experience from working as a Legal Documentation Analyst and Statistical Researcher in government and private institutions. His vocational training in Industrial Drafting and natural inclination in the mechanical and technical fields draw him to pursue a career in patent drafting.
